Tyler Gardner
Tyler grew up on Mukilteo Blvd in Everett. He is a graduate of Everett High School and the University of Washington, where he earned a degree in English. Tyler grew up learning the business from his dad who is a mortgage lender that has invested in/managed rental properties. Tyler is an avid runner and skier in his free time.
Merrick Rutledge
Merrick grew up in Historic North Everett. He is a graduate of Everett High School and Washington State University, where he played Lacrosse and earned a degree in Business. Merrick worked in tech sales prior to pursuing real estate. He has a passion for photography and skiing.
Amy Townsend
Amy is from Everett and works for our team managing behind the scenes systems and paperwork. Her and her husband have two boys; live in the Lake Stevens area, love to ski and travel.
